The road to reconciliation is painful; it will wreck you before it actually heals you. So, how can a person stay engaged and "woke" or become engaged and "woke" as they undergo the wrecking process? What does any of this even mean from a faith perspective? I wrote this blog series to answer that question and push readers to reflect inwardly on how life experiences, faith, and leadership engage or disengage them from the (w)rec(k)onciliation process. I believe God's heart was never that we run from tough issues but that we engage with them.
