Organizational Review

Interviews will be conducted with key stakeholders within the organization and a logic model created. The purpose of this evaluation is to conduct a formative evaluation through a development-oriented process for you to document whether or not the organization has the ability to effectively deliver services by using their logic model as the foundation. Included in the pricing package is Gallup’s Q12 Employee Engagement Survey.
External Stakeholder Review

In order to collect data for this evaluation, working from a grounded theory approach is essential. By administering a survey and focus group, we can identify the areas where your organization is not consistent with the client’s perceived needs in regards to the organization's programs and mission. An additional logic model will be created so that staff at your organization can better fulfill those needs.
